Remote assistance
If you have a computer problem it's sometimes possible to help you from afar by letting Webcharm connect to your computer (Windows PC or Mac) and operating it remotely in order to fix the problem. This saves a visit, is quick and normally costs less than scheduling a visit.
Please don't mistake this service for those "Microsoft" scammers who call you out of the blue to try to get control of your PC -- you will have contacted me with a problem and I only connect to those who trust me and are happy for me to help them.
Connection is via a secure program called GotoAssistTM which I've used for over a decade now.
