Currently webcharm is a “one man band” company, but that one man has a wealth of PC knowledge!

 

With a degree in Electronics and over 25 years of computer experience, you can be assured of a knowledgeable and informed service with just about any aspect of your PC’s hardware, software and peripheral devices.

 

I have a philosophy of treating customers how I would expect to be treated, I always take time where possible to explain what is wrong with the PC and why it went wrong.

 

For instance, if the customer has had a virus or spyware infestation, I will always suggest suitable safeguards and then try to explain how the infestation may have happened. Often, it turns out to be something the customer can avoid doing next time!

 

All work is fully invoiced and is guaranteed provided it isn’t something that can be repeated accidentally by user error or virus etc.
